Why work with me?

Hi I am Helle Laursen. I am a senior teacher, Teacher Trainer and Supervisor in the Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program. I am UCSD-MBPTI  approved Mentor for MSC Teacher certification.

I have had more than 2000 participants through the MSC program over the last 10 years. I teach internationaly for Center for MSC i USA, I teach in China and I teach for The Self Compassion Academy in Holland.

Self-Compassion is much more than a technique, it is warming up the quality of relationship you have with yourself and everyone around you.

I teach all parts of the MSC  Teacher-pathway, and I am a UCSD-MBPTI-approved mentor for MSC Teacher certification, and can help you get certified.

A more direct and deeper way of working with me is in individual IFS sessions. I am a level 2 IFS practitioner, and an IFIO-trained practitioner. The latter is using IFS for couples and other close relationships.
